I am passionate about developing people and organizations. I’m at my best when there are daunting challenges to address, and my ability to transform organizations has propelled my career. I enjoy leading teams, in alignment with organizational mission and vision, and inspiring them to ever higher levels of performance by working together with them on organizational improvement efforts focused on people, plans, and processes. The ideal company culture for me is collaborative and mission-driven; however, through most of my career I have been asked to come into organizations to help create that kind of culture, and it has been wonderful to be able to provide that kind of value and to have that kind of impact. I have led large and small teams (from 5-500 people) in a variety of different contexts and types of organizations over the years, and my approach works in any sector, because the following strengths allow me to accomplish what is needed:
